Hi, I'm Rozina.
I was born and raised in Nepal, surrounded by the incredible aromas of my mother's kitchen from the moment I could walk. By the time I was seven years old, I was already helping prepare meals for our family gatherings — rolling momos by hand, learning the perfect spice blends for dal, and understanding that food is so much more than nourishment.
Food is my love language. It's how I express care, build connection, and create moments of joy. Growing up in Nepal taught me that a shared meal has the power to bring people together, bridge cultures, and make everyone at the table feel valued.
When I moved to Colorado, I brought those traditions with me — and expanded them. I fell in love with the diversity of cuisines and flavors from around the world, and I made it my mission to master them all. Today, I cook everything from authentic Nepali classics to Thai curries, Mexican favorites, Italian comfort food, and so much more.
